Returns

For orders within the Netherlands and the EU, all taxes are included in the price you see at checkout — no surprises on delivery. For orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your order from our warehouse to your door. Haven't received a tracking email? Check your spam folder, or reach out at hello@morningcultureclub.com and we'll send it to you.

Order before 23:00 and we ship the same day.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: next day

  • Germany & France: 1–3 working days

  • Portugal, Spain, Italy & UK: 3–5 working days

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 14 days, to the same payment method you used to pay. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as it's done.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — as long as the product and packaging are in good condition and all original tags and labels are still attached.

To start a return, email hello@morningcultureclub.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with the next steps. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — in that case, it's on us.

Morning Culture Club is an online store — open 24/7. You can browse and order any time. Our team answers emails on working days and aims to reply within 1 working day.

Orders ship from our warehouse and are tracked from dispatch to delivery. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached. Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our cost. For full details, see our Terms & Conditions.
